Workplace Wellbeing
Wellbeing-focused workplaces nurture a supportive environment, fostering employee engagement and motivation. Coral Health advocates for workplace wellbeing through health policies, flexible schedules, professional growth, and a culture of open communication and respect, benefiting both individuals and organizational success.
Front line Responders (Humanitarian Workers)
Frontline responders vs Secondary Traumatic Stress. Describes the psychological impact on individuals who, while primarily engaged in humanitarian aid or rescue efforts, undergo significant stress or trauma themselves. This can lead to symptoms similar to those experienced by individuals who directly experience trauma, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. These individuals may require specialized support and resources to cope with the emotional toll of their experiences and to maintain their own mental wellbeing.
Leadership Training
Coral Health advocates for organizations to acknowledge the importance of employee wellbeing and its influence on their overall effectiveness, involvement, and efficiency. Through offering wellbeing sessions to all leadership members, organizations equip their leaders with the essential abilities and understanding to foster a positive workplace atmosphere and nurture the physical, mental, and emotional health of their employees. Additionally, this initiative provides a safe and rejuvenating environment for leaders during their wellness hours.

The course is aimed at educating organizational leaders on many elements of mental health and wellbeing.
